Reliance is going to launch an upgraded version of Jio Phone 1.
After the big sales success of Jio Phone 1, jio has decided to go ahead with its updated version 'Jio Phone 2'. Its successor retains many of the same key features and specifications but looks completely different from the outside.

The upgraded version comes with numerous improvements compared to last year's variant and will be sold in India alongside the original Jio Phone. The smartphone comes with a QWERTY-style keyboard. Let`s see some key features of Jio Phone 2.
Jio Phone 2 features:
The phone comes with a 2.40-inch display with a resolution of 240 pixels by 320 pixels. It comes with 512MB of RAM. The phone packs 4GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a MicroSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Jio Phone 2 comes with a 2-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 0.3-megapixel front shooter for selfies. The Jio Phone 2 runs KAI OS and is powered by a 2000mAh. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC and FM.
The Jio Phone 2 comes with an inbuilt app store, allowing users to download some of the most popular mobile apps like Facebook, YouTube, and even WhatsApp. Reliance Jio announced during the AGM today that Jio Phone users will also be able to download these apps from the app store on August 15th. The Jio Phone 2 will be going on sale starting from August 15th at a price of Rs.2,999. Reliance Jio will likely come up with some more exciting offers for consumers on launch day but no details have been announced just yet.
